Iron Maiden have announced that they’ll tour across the UK and Europe in 2018. They’ll play under the Legacy Of The Beast banner – named after the band’s mobile game and comic book of the same name, with the stage set design featuring “a number of different but interlocking ‘worlds’ with a setlist covering a large selection of 80s material with a handful of surprises from later albums”.

TourAVENGED SEVENFOLD announce North American tour

Avenged Sevenfold have announced that they’ll tour across North America starting early next year. The band have revealed the first run of US shows that will take place in January and February 2018 on their The Stage World Tour, with Canadian dates to be released next week.

TourHIM Announces Farewell Tour

Finnish rock favorites HIM, often associated with their “love metal” sound, have announced that they are calling it a career, but not without saying their farewell to fans on the road with one final major tour.

At present, the start date for their touring comes Jun 14 in Barcelona, Spain at Razzmatazz and wraps Dec. 17 at London’s Roundhouse. However, there is a big gap in their scheduling between July and November and the band has teased that U.S. and Finnish dates will be announced soon. A few weeks back, The Dillinger Escape Plan got a rude awakening as a truck crashed into their parked bus and trailer, destroying all of their gear, and leaving them bruised up. Sadly, the truck driver was killed in the accident. The band were in no condition to perform and were forced to cancel all of their dates.

Sometimes tour pairings work out just great and it’s worth it to headlining bands to keep the fun going. Such is the case for Red Hot Chili Peppers, who played shows with Japanese teen metal trio Babymetal in the U.K. in December and decided to replicate that experience for American audiences.
